Shipping Policy

 

These Shipping Terms apply to all orders and shipping services provided by Halonavli (hereinafter referred to as “we”) through our online store. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Area

Shipping services are available across Australia only. Shipping to countries or regions outside Australia is currently not supported.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: Orders with a total value of 120 AUD or above (including 120 AUD) qualify for free shipping.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Orders with a total value below 120 AUD are subject to a flat shipping fee of 10.99 AUD.

  • Taxes: All product prices displayed include applicable taxes. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.

3. Order Cut-off Time

  • Orders placed and successfully paid before 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney time) will have their order processing time calculated from the same day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will have their processing time calculated from the next business day.

  • If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next available business day.

4. Order Processing Time

Once payment is completed and the order is confirmed, it will enter the processing stage.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Processing time refers only to order preparation and dispatch and does not include transit time.

5. Shipping Timeframe

After the order has been shipped, the estimated total shipping time is 6–12 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or peak logistics periods.

6. Shipping Carriers

We use mainstream Australian logistics providers for order delivery, including but not limited to:

  • Australia Post

  • StarTrack

7. Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email. You may use the provided tracking number to monitor the shipping status of your order.

8. Responsibility Statement

  • We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the estimated timeframes.

  • Delays caused by uncontrollable factors do not constitute a failure on our part.

  • If any issues arise during shipping, please contact us promptly so we may assist in resolving the matter.

9. Delivery Acknowledgement

  • Please inspect the package upon receipt and confirm that the outer packaging is in good condition.

  • If you notice any visible damage, missing items, or abnormalities, please contact us as soon as possible on the day of receipt and retain relevant evidence.

  • Acceptance of the package indicates confirmation that the package condition was satisfactory at the time of delivery.
